DIANA P. MITTELSTEDT, CPA, AUDIT PARTNER
Diana leads the assurance practice at SDM providing extensive knowledge in various industries including construction, manufacturing, real estate, energy, not-for-profits, utilities, and oil & gas. Diana also specializes in audits of employee benefit plans. Prior to joining SDM, Diana gained extensive accounting experience through management roles at Ernst & Young, LLP.
She earned her Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting and a Masters of Science in Accounting from Texas A&M University. Diana is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Texas Society of Certified Public Accountants.
Jesse M. Miles, CPA, Tax Partner
Jesse is a Tax Partner with over 20 years of experience in individuals, small businesses, and trusts, as well as pre-liquidity planning for business sales, and estate & income tax planning. Prior to joining SDM, Jesse gained extensive tax experience at Davidson, Freedle, Espenhover & Overby, P.C. in Kerrville, TX , and most recently, Aycock & Co., P.C. in Houston, Texas. Jesse spent time at Morgan Stanley Smith Barney working in the Wealth Planning Department prior to joining Aycock. Jesse is a native of Kerrville, Texas.
He earned his Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting and a Masters of Science Degree in Accounting from Texas A&M University.
CHARLIE W. ROBERTS, CPA, TAX PARTNER
Charlie has over 10 years of experience in helping small and medium-sized businesses and their owners solve tax and accounting issues. Prior to SDM, Charlie gained experience in tax compliance and tax planning for businesses, individuals, and trusts at PwC and Fitts, Roberts, Kolkhorst and Co. (formerly Kolkhorst and Kolkhorst, CPAs). Charlie also gained corporate tax experience at Schlumberger in the Domestic Tax Compliance and Tax Accounting function. He also has experience handling tax and accounting issues for multinational businesses both inbound and outbound.
He earned his Bachelor of Business Administration Degree in Accounting and Masters of Science Degree in Finance from Texas A&M University. Charlie is a member of the Texas Society of Certified Public Accountants.
